Computers have not been able to overcome the charm of printed paper… Even the emotion of watching and touching a live works of art, it cannot be transmitted by video. I’m sure you will be captivated, for the simple reason that you chose it…
But if not, I don’t want you to keep an artwork you don’t like!
- You can return it within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the work.
- And you will receive the refund within 8 (eight) working days.
- I have simplified the reimbursement procedure as much as possible (there are no hidden clauses, no additional forms to complete).
- This proposal is valid for: Serigraphs, Paintings and Sculptures.
Works that do NOT apply to the refund
- Lithographs, Art Catalogs and Comics cannot be returned.
- The works subject to return must not show abrasions, scratches, cracks or scratches, even minor ones, which could compromise their resale.
- Returns on works created with a personalized request by the customer are not allowed: ex. Portraits.
Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal
- The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
- To proceed with the return of the work, the customer must communicate within 8 (eight) days of receipt without penalty.
- You can withdraw from the purchase by notifying me via the form on the site. After having read and checked the conformity of the returned items, I will immediately proceed with the refund.
- The charge back following exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made in Euro. In the event that the original payment was made in another currency, the exchange rate used will be that of the day on which the credit is issued.
- I will arrange for repayment of the amounts paid by the customer within 8 (eight) working days from return receipt, utilizing the same methods originally used for the purchase. Other means of reimbursement different from original payment method may be agreed on a case by case basis.
- For security reasons, words such as a work of art and/or similar words that can trace the contents of the shipment must NOT be reported in the envelope and in any accompanying documentation.
- The customer, sender of the return acknowledges that he is solely responsible in the event of theft or loss of the items returned during the journey until they are taken over by us.
- I reserve the right not to accept or accept parcels that show visible damage and / or signs of tampering.
The work being returned must be carefully wrapped in the original packaging as well as sealed in the openable points with parcel tape signed crosswise so as to make it unique and not replaceable.
The package must clearly indicate the name and address of the recipient and sender, as follows:
